McCarren Park Pool

McCarren Park Pool is an iconic outdoor swimming pool located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York

Established in 1936, the pool reopened in 2012 following a multi-million dollar renovation. It features a 50-meter competition pool, a diving pool with three diving boards, and a wading pool for children. The pool complex also includes a walking track, a spray shower area, and ample seating areas. During the summer, McCarren Park Pool hosts various events, including swimming lessons, movie nights, and concerts. Access to the pool is free with a New York City Recreation Center membership or a daily admission fee. The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
